Provides insight of program operations, stakeholder partnerships, customer engagement initiatives and performance management to increase access to energy assistance and support evolving customer needs.\nKey Duties and Responsibilities\n\nIdentify, prioritize, develop and conduct initiatives to evaluate and provide programs to increase customer awareness and education for affordability efforts.\nDevelop and implement programs which drive natural gas adoption within specific market segments.\nWork with community partners to identify new opportunities for customer outreach programs.\nBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within market segments.\nCreate, prepare and deliver presentations to external stakeholders for targeted programs.\nDevelop and conduct all aspects of hosting events and conference booths for appropriate initiatives to promote ONE Gas.\nParticipate in conferences, workshops, and training to stay up-to-date on energy efficient equipment and processes.\nImplementation of new initiatives designed to educate and provide competitive threat mitigation within the commercial and public sectors.\nMay train and provide guidance to team members. May lead projects or functional teams.\nRegular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.\nEmployee may be required to perform additional duties as assigned.\nEducation Requirements\n\nBachelor's degree preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and additional work experience. (Typically, one and a half to two years of relevant experience is equivalent to one year of formal education.)\n\nExperience\n\nExperience with:\nCommunity partner agencies or 501(c)(3) organizations\nEnergy efficiency products, programs and technologies.\nCompany and industry operations including emerging industry trends, challenges and opportunities relating to energy efficient natural gas equipment.\nEnergy industry emerging technologies, trends, processes, and procedures.\nAbility to understand customer sector challenges and service requirements and trends, processes, and procedures.\nAbility to understand the technical language associated with energy efficiency and interact effectively with technical staff, consultants, and experts.\nApplication of math and algebraic formulas.\nExperience in use and function of office equipment including computers and applicable software.\nExperience researching, composing, and preparing reports and correspondence.\nExperience in presenting presentations, ideas and concepts to both internal and external stakeholders.\nExperience identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing problems and situations.\nExperience interacting, advising, negotiating, and communicating effectively.\nDemonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English.\n\nLicenses and Certifications\n\nApplicable driver’s license.
