We're rapidly expanding on both the candidate and recruiter fronts, focused on our vision of building a common app and personal AI agent for your career.Backed by top-tier investors including Craft and YCombinator, we're a mission-driven team working to democratize the job search and disrupt the way hiring works today.What you'll work onOwn founder priorities from initial research through execution: recommend a direction, make trade-offs clear and drive the chosen work to completion.Own new-customer onboarding and early results, coordinating setup, resolving obstacles and improving the process using customer feedback.Help grow our services business through prospect outreach, proposals and follow-ups. Build and deliver demos tailored to customer needs, manage existing commitments, catch risks early and identify expansion opportunities.Build and run our hiring process, keeping interviews, candidate follow-ups, feedback and decisions moving.Own the quality and pace of offshore work, translating priorities into assignments, reviewing results and fixing recurring delivery problems.Build repeatable operations through help documents, internal guides, automated reporting and AI workflows that maintain quality as volume grows.What we look forYou can work in person from our SF FiDi office and start within ~30 days.You've built or substantially improved something at a startup or on your own, and can show how you chose a direction, worked through obstacles and delivered a meaningful result.You can turn incomplete information into a clear recommendation, a persuasive proposal or a guide someone can successfully follow.You've built AI workflows that save time without sacrificing accuracy, and know where automation needs checks or human judgment.You can use business data to weigh costs against impact, diagnose what's limiting progress and determine whether a change actually helped.Nice to haveExperience with recruiting marketplaces or services businesses.Experience building internal tools or connecting systems through APIs, scripts or no-code tools.Why joinFounding-team scope.
