About The RoleWe’re looking for a creative, organized, and execution-focused Retail Marketing Coordinator to help bring our brand to life across our cafes, campaigns, and merchandise program.This role supports the development and execution of in-cafe marketing activations, promotional campaigns, retail merchandising, and branded creative assets across all locations. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative thinker and project coordinator — someone who enjoys turning ideas into real-world customer experiences.This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands-on experience in retail marketing, campaign execution, merchandising, and brand development within a fast-growing hospitality brand.________________________________________ResponsibilitiesRetail & Cafe Marketing Coordinate and execute incafe marketing activations across all cafe locations Support seasonal campaigns, promotions, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives Help maintain consistent brand presentation and messaging across retail environments Coordinate signage, pointofsale materials, and instore marketing assets Partner with cafe operations teams to ensure successful rollout of marketing initiativesMerchandise Development & Coordination Assist in the planning, development, and execution of branded merchandise programs Coordinate merchandise launches, creative assets, vendor communication, and production timelines Support inventory planning and merchandising presentation within cafes Help identify opportunities for new merchandise and retail experiences that align with the brandGraphic Design & Creative Support Design and adapt marketing assets for print, digital, retail, and promotional use Create graphics for campaigns, events, merchandise, social media, and email marketing Maintain visual consistency across all customerfacing materials Organize and manage creative files and marketing assetsCampaign Coordination Support campaign planning, timelines, and execution across departments Coordinate marketing deliverables and ensure projects stay on schedule Assist with reporting, recaps, and performance tracking for campaigns and activations________________________________________Qualifications 13 years of experience in marketing, retail marketing, graphic design, or brand coordination Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign preferred) Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience with merchandising, retail environments, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is a plus Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Shopify, or email marketing platforms is a bonus________________________________________What Success Looks Like Cafe activations feel engaging, polished, and onbrand Marketing campaigns launch smoothly and consistently across locations Merchandise programs are organized, creative, and commercially successful Creative assets are delivered accurately and efficiently The customer experience feels cohesive across retail, digital, and physical touchpoints________________________________________Growth OpportunitiesThis role offers strong upward mobility into areas including: Brand Marketing Retail Marketing Management Campaign Management Merchandising & Product Development Creative Strategy Brand Experience Leadership
