Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role located in Cleveland, OH, for a Medical Spa Patient Coordinator. Responsibilities include managing appointment scheduling, providing excellent phone communication, performing receptionist duties, and delivering outstanding customer service. The role requires greeting clients, answering inquiries, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth patient flow while upholding a professional and welcoming environment. Qualifications Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Communication to provide professional and empathetic interactions with clients.Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties to manage bookings and handle front desk operations effectively.Knowledge of Medical Terminology to assist with client records and provide accurate information on aesthetic treatments.Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities for managing multiple priorities and ensuring operational efficiency.Previous experience in a medical spa or healthcare-related setting is a plus.Proficiency with scheduling software and electronic health records is preferred
