The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, and will be expected to have excellent organizational and conflict management skills.\nThe Program Manager is the liaison between the government project manager, the COR/CO, and the contractor’s personnel. The Project Manager shall:\nOrganize, direct, and manage contract operation support functions. Plan, manage, execute, and\nfinalize projects according to outlined process to include acquiring resources and coordinating\nthe effort of contractor’s personnel in order to deliver tasks according to this contract.\n(a) Where required, define the project’s scope, objectives, goals, deliverables, and\noversee quality control in collaboration with the government lead.\n(b) Submit all deliverables directly to the government lead and COR.\n(c) Monitor the development, implementation, and operations and maintenance\nrequirements.\n(d) Manage changes in project scope, identify and resolve issues, and devise contingency\nplans.\n(e) Manage and organize all customer drawings, documents, and files in such a manner\nthat allows for easy access to those who are required to do so.\n(f) Assign projects to Design specialist based on workload and availability. Assignments\nshall be coordinated with the SME and COR.\n(g) Ensure all people tasked to a project are aware of critical dates.\n(h) Data and policy collection with responsibility to compile policy and strategic guidance\nto the COR and Government designated representative.\n(i) Where required, estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project\ngoals in collaboration with the government lead and the COR.\n(j) Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate contractor’s personnel.\n(k) Effectively communicate project expectations to contractor’s personnel in a timely\nand clear manner.\n(l) Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones.\n(m) Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise contractor’s personnel and influence them to\ntake positive action and accountability for their assigned work.\nThe required qualifications and skills for the Program Manager include the following:\nMinimum of ten (10) years’ experience managing personnel and projects with an annual\nbudget in excess of $1,000,000. Experience in Microsoft Office products. Demonstrate\nexperience in tracking and reporting project costs and schedules.
