This role focuses on data entry, billing, scheduling, and documentation management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily service operations.The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and thrives in a team-driven, deadline-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities Administrative & Operational SupportProvide day-to-day administrative support to the utility services teamMaintain organized records and ensure proper documentation trackingAssist with general office coordination and operational tasksBilling & InvoicingCreate and process customer invoices with high accuracyReview billing data and ensure compliance with internal standardsPerform basic calculations and data validation related to billingData Entry & DocumentationEnter and maintain load schedules in internal systems and calendarsReview documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliancePerform high-volume data entry and record updatesLogistics & System SupportCreate and process Bills of Lading (BOLs)Enter requisitions into SAP and other internal systemsSupport scheduling, tracking, and coordination of service operationsRequired Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalentStrong data entry and administrative experienceExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and time management skillsBasic computer proficiency (MS Office or similar tools)Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentPreferred Qualifications Experience with SAP or similar ERP systemsBackground in billing, invoicing, or logistics coordinationExperience in utility services, transportation, or operations supportWork Environment Fast-paced, operations-driven utility services settingHybrid work model (onsite presence required)
