They are seeking a Senior Process / Integration Engineer to play a key role in developing and optimizing complex semiconductor processes, with a strong emphasis on 3D integration and wafer-level technologies.This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of innovation in a highly collaborative, R&D-driven environment.Job responsibilities:Develop, integrate, and optimize semiconductor process flows for advanced packaging and 3D IC technologies.Work across multiple unit processes to establish baseline integration schemes and process capabilities.Design, execute, and analyze test vehicles to validate process performance and reliability.Utilize inline metrology and failure analysis techniques to troubleshoot and improve processes.Analyze BEOL parametric test data and reliability results to drive process improvements.Support hands-on work in the cleanroom, including process monitoring, debugging, and inspection.Apply data-driven methodologies using tools such as JMP, Python, or similar.Requirements:Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field3+ years of experience in semiconductor process or integration engineeringExperience with wafer-to-wafer (W2W) or die-to-wafer hybrid bonding (D2W HB) strongly preferredWorking knowledge of 3D IC integration schemes and advanced packaging technologiesStrong understanding of metrology, failure analysis, and semiconductor process controlThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a ground breaking, state and federal backed initiative that will change the landscape of the Semiconductor industry in the United States.
