In this role, you will drive revenue growth by actively engaging with potential buyers, managing customer relationships, and expanding our market presence through strategic follow-up and relationship building.

Duties
Generate new business through proactive lead follow-up, phone calls, online inquiries, and showroom traffic
Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget
Guide customers through the financing process and explain available options
Maintain and nurture relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and product demonstrations
Utilize CRM software to track leads, appointments, and customer interactions
Negotiate pricing and close deals in a professional and customer-focused manner
Collaborate with management and finance team to structure successful transactions
Stay knowledgeable on current inventory, features, and market trends
Maintain lot organization and professional presentation

Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in automotive, retail, or commission-based sales preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a competitive drive to exceed sales goals
Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively
Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Experience with CRM systems is a plus
