Job Description Physical Therapy Aide – Job SummaryWe are seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and well-mannered individual to join our team as a Physical Therapy Aide. The ideal candidate is motivated, dependable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced outpatient physical therapy setting. This position involves both front office and back office responsibilities, and training will be provided. Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is required to effectively communicate with our diverse patient population.Responsibilities & DutiesAssist physical therapists with patient flow and treatment preparationGuide patients through therapeutic exercises under therapist supervisionPrepare treatment areas and ensure equipment is clean, sanitized, and organizedMaintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic at all timesEscort patients to treatment areas and provide excellent customer serviceMonitor inventory and restock therapy supplies as neededSchedule patient appointments and assist with appointment confirmationsAnswer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous mannerAssist with front office administrative duties and filingCommunicate effectively with patients, therapists, and team membersTranslate for Spanish-speaking patients when necessaryMaintain patient confidentiality and professionalism in accordance with clinic policiesQualificationsFluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional appearance and positive attitudeAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentDependable, punctual, and team-orientedPrevious Physical therapy aide experience preferred, but not requiredPreferred educational background or interest in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, Exercise Science, or a related fieldWillingness to learn both front office and back office duties through on-site trainingBenefits:On-the-job trainingPaid time offWork Location: In personCompany DescriptionBay Rehabilitation, a well-established outpatient orthopedic clinic with multiple locations in the Greater Los Angeles area is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist aide to join our dynamic team.
