Welders Location: Frederick, MD brand new fabrication facility in Frederick, MD is actively seeking TIG Welders to join their growing team. This an opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, creative shop working on high-end, custom metal projects. Key Responsibilities Fabricate and weld custom ornamental railings and fences Perform layout, fit-up, welding, and finishing work Read and interpret blueprints and drawings Ensure high-quality, clean, and polished finished products Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in ornamental railing and fence fabrication Strong TIG welding skills Experience working with mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel bility to read blueprints and perform custom layouts High attention to detail and craftsmanship Physical Requirements bility to lift 50 lbs safely and repeatedly Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods (8+ hours) dditional Requirements High school diploma, GED, or vocational certification preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation bility to obtain access to government job sites is a plus Incentives: $25-$35/hour (based on experience) 4-day work week with overtime opportunities Weekly pay Pro-rated PTO available starting Day 1 Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, and PTO Supportive, team-oriented environment Diverse, custom projects (no repetitive assembly line work) pply today to be considered!
