Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. This energetic role involves delivering exceptional guest services, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring every visitor’s experience is smooth, friendly, and memorable. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional check-in experience. Manage guest check-out efficiently while addressing any billing questions or concerns. Handle all guest requests promptly, including room changes, special accommodations, or information about hotel amenities. Operate phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to answer inquiries and direct calls appropriately. Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software. Assist with night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy and prepare reports for management review. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs swiftly. Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage additional bookings. Uphold high standards of guest relations by resolving issues professionally and courteously. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hotel policies at all times. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations. Exceptional customer service skills with a warm, approachable demeanor. Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual skills are highly valued. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems. Experience with night audit procedures is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills. Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations with tact and diplomacy. Knowledge of resort operations or large-scale hospitality environments preferred. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with hospitality management principles and guest services best practices.
