You’ll be the first line of contact—setting the tone, opening doors, and driving growth.This is a remote position, but you must be based in the Western U.S. or able to work Pacific Time hours.What You’ll DoMake 150+ outbound calls & send 150+ emails weekly Qualify leads and set 8+ meetings per month Partner with Sales & Marketing to refine contact strategy Use tools like HubSpot or Salesforce to manage outreach Stay sharp on industry trends & product knowledge What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Strong communication skills + proactive attitude Sales experience (SDR, AE, inside sales—bonus if in insurance) Familiarity with CRM tools Knowledge of the P&C insurance industry is a plus!
