Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities:Assist in tracking and analyze financial metrics of the location to ensure they are meeting set standards and achieving overall profitability goals.Assist in reviewing data such as daily sales, labor, shift notes, and other financial data.Assist in recruiting, rewarding, and retaining top team members and cultivate management potential.Ensure Company Policy and Procedures are understood and followed through.Completes opening and/or closing duties. Conducts daily checklist and uses appropriate planner on each shift.Operate within the Company values and guidelines.Staff trainingOpening, running, and closing checklistsRepair and Maintenance of Equipment including tanksBuild the company image with guests, community organizations, and employees; and enforcing ethical business practices.Qualifications:StaffingManagement ProficiencyDeveloping standards, coaching, and team coordinationFinancial planningProcess improvementDecision makingStrategic planningQuality managementMust be able to meet varying demands of restaurant operations, including working flexible hours and a variety of shifts.Serve Safe Food and/or Serve Safe Alcohol Certification also a plus.
