Team members contribute directly to climate resilience and community safety through practical, impact-driven work.Role Description This is a full-time Project Manager role based in Ashland, OR, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows a mix of on-site and work-from-home days. The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and oversee fuel treatment and related operational projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing project plans, tracking milestones, managing resources, and collaborating with field teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and keep work on track. The role will involve coordinating logistics for equipment and materials, monitoring progress against project timelines, and updating leadership with clear status reports and risk assessments.
