The foundation of our success is our people, and nurturing a culture of belonging for all our colleagues is central to our journey as a global business.ROLE PURPOSEServe as a trusted point of contact for corporate clients and a key partner to Account Managers and broader team, delivering high‑quality, responsive support that enhances the overall client experience. This role is responsible for executing client orders on behalf of Account Managers and directly with clients. Managing day‑to‑day client inquiries, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams. Working closely with Account Managers, the role proactively supports client engagement efforts, including migration of accounts to the online platform, KYC Refresh, outreach to inactive or less‑active clients, helping to strengthen relationships, drive activity, and identify opportunities for deeper engagement. Through strong collaboration, attention to detail, and a client‑first mindset, this role plays a critical part in supporting client satisfaction, retention, and long‑term growth.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:Support Account Management TeamInput trade information on behalf of account managers & directly with clients as the business dictatesStrictly adhere to all compliance policies to ensure the utmost compliance with regulationsRetention and growth of established clientsCultivate where possible new relationships with business prospectsWork as a team to achieve corporate targets set by managementWork towards achieving individual targets & KPIs Client SupportActively resolve client issues to maintain good working relationshipsRequest and chase deposits, KYC documents, further trade information from clients where they are required to reduce Moneycorp’s exposureCoordinate with other departments as needed to resolve client issuesProvide the Highest Level of Service Assist clients by answering questions when able and escalating if neededProvide clients with the “white glove” treatment to targeted segmentsEnsure the Highest Level of Professionalism and Compliance Ensure accurate data input in all systems including dealing and CRM systemsEscalating client complaints in accordance with company guidelinesMaintain records of all client contact, including telephone calls, inbound or outbound written contactEnsure Company procedures and high standards are always followed. With particular focus upon KYC procedures and accurate maintenance of all CRM records, particularly client follow-up callsBe aware of Anti-Money Laundering procedures and report any suspicious transactionsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalentKnowledge and Experience:Proven experience in the financial industryExperience in supporting corporate clients and account managementWorking within a multichannel pressurised environmentSkills and Competencies:Good decision-making and problem solving skillsBusiness and financial acumenDrive for resultsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders at varying levels of seniorityGood organisational skillsPossess a good balance of people and technical skillsIT literatePersonal Attributes:Adaptable and flexiblePersonable and approachableProfessionalPersonal driveTeam playerCalm and confidentProactive and tenaciousTarget drivenWhat We Can Offer You:This role offers a competitive salary, plus a benefits package including private medical health insurance.Location and Contract Type:This is a full-time, permanent position.
