This role offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills and grow into a formal management position over time.\nDevelop and program AV control systems (e.g.,QSC, Extron,Crestron, or similar platforms).\nConfigure andoptimizeaudio, video, and networked components for integrated systems.\nCollaborate withprojectengineers, projectmanagersand customersto translate system drawings and functional intent into executable code.\nSupporton-sitecommissioning, troubleshooting, and testing of control systems.\nCreate user interfaces and touch panel layouts that are intuitive and user-friendly.\nDocument code, system configurations, and change logs.\nSupport post-installation service, remote troubleshooting, and customer training whenrequired.\nMaintain awareness of emerging AV technologies and programming standards.\n\nMinimum Requirements\n3+ years of experience programming and commissioning AV control systems.\nProficiencyin at least one major control platform\nStrong understanding of audio/video signal flow, network fundamentals, and device communication protocols (TCP/IP, RS-232, IR).\nAbility to read and interpret system drawings, schematics, and signal flow diagrams.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nPreferred Experience\nQ-SYSControl Programmer\nExperience with DSP configuration (Biamp, QSC, BSS, etc.).\nAV-over-IP systemswith converged networks.\nKnowledge of scripting languages (e.g., C#, Python, Lua)preferred.\n\nPay Rate:\n$80,000 - $120,000/year\n\nTEAMLINX offers great benefits including:\n401K with 50% employer match up to first 5%\nInsurance options includingMedicalplans with Flexible Spending and/or Health Savings Accounts, Disability, Dental and Vision\n8 Paid Holidays\n3 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO)\nCareer growth opportunities\n\nPosting Deadline:\nThis job posting is open until filled and may close at any time without notice.\n\nWe are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
