The Lake Club, the area's premier golf and country club, is currently hiring Servers for our Grille Room and Patio.We Offer:Competitive Pay: Hourly rate plus a minimum 18% gratuity.Flexibility: Full-time and part-time positions available.Benefits: Potential eligibility for Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401k.Convenience: Bi-weekly pay schedule. Responsibilities:Provide exceptional service in the Grille Room, Patio, and Halfway House, as well as during club events.Set up tables: Lay linens, arrange chairs, and set silverware, centerpieces, and glassware.Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.Anticipate members’ needs and respond promptly.Interact in a courteous and professional manner with members, guests, supervisors, and co-workers.Deliver food and beverages correctly and efficiently.Maintain (or demonstrate the willingness to learn) knowledge of wine, spirits, and menu offerings.Complete opening, running, and closing side work as assigned.
