Cleans, manages spills, and performs routine maintenance and inspections. Provides a high level of member service.\n\nJob Duties\nMonitors pumps for proper function during operation, assesses problems, directs traffic, assists and educates members.\nChanges gas station filters and performs or arranges for routine station equipment maintenance.\nCleans gas spills using neutralizing agents and/or absorbing cloth, disposing of materials properly.\nMonitors cleanliness of the station, including dispensers, data shed, islands, pavement, and trash.\nLoads pump receipt tape and ribbons.\nPerforms inspection of all equipment, provides routine maintenance on filters and nozzles, and controls open or closed signs.\nResearches area competitive pricing, documenting reports into the computer.\nMonitors fuel deliveries, ensures safety precautions, and completes all documentation.\nEnforces National fire codes and Costco safety policies, e.g. no smoking, ignition turned off, filling storage containers.\nResponds to alarms appropriately.
