The ideal candidate will combine strong Salesforce development expertise with a passion for AI-driven automation to build scalable, autonomous solutions that enhance business operations and customer experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop AI-powered agents using Agentforce BuilderBuild and customize business logic using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce FlowsIntegrate AI agents with Salesforce data, APIs, and third-party systemsImplement prompt engineering techniques to optimize agent responses and actionsAutomate workflows and business processes using AI-driven decision-makingTest, debug, and optimize agent performance for accuracy and efficiencyCollaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define use casesEnsure security, scalability, and compliance within Salesforce environmentsMonitor, maintain, and continuously improve deployed AI agentsRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong experience with Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows)Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)Understanding of AI/ML concepts and agent-based systemsExperience with prompt engineering or AI tools (preferred)Knowledge of Salesforce data models and security architectureProblem-solving mindset with strong debugging skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesCertification in Agentforce
