This is a 6-month 1099 contract position (EIN required). Candidates must be based in the Los Angeles, CA area and willing to work onsite 3-4 days per week.

We are currently seeking a Product Manager. This role collaborates with Technology, PMO, Client Services, Creative, and Strategy practices to oversee the entire lifecycle of a digital product from inception to launch. The Product Manager works with clients to produce product roadmaps and requirements, acts as a "customer advocate" when working through said requirements, and translates those into product features for the Creative and Technology teams to design and implement.

Own the product lifecycle, from discovery, definition, execution to launch & iteration for their products.
Drive product strategies and long-term vision to build best-in-class digital products for our clients
Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with designers, developer, and research teams
Act as a bridge between business, technology and design stakeholders involved in each project, balancing business viability, user desirability and technical feasibility to created mutually beneficial outcomes
Act as an SME and manage projects from ideation to successful delivery making sure that all the stakeholders are aligned
Define detailed user stories and product requirements and collaborate with Technology on technical specs needed to support roadmap initiatives.
Participate with Project Managers to lead an agile development process which drives design and development of the product
Maintain standards for a data-driven approach to making decisions and gain user insight using rigorous A/B tests, qualitative user studies, and quantitative market research
Define overall product KPIs focused on business outcomes and ensure proper instrumentation to track against goals
We would like you to have…
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Product Design, Computer Science or related field
5 – 7 years experience in digital product management, focused on front-end experiences (websites and Apps)
Strategic and analytical skills with the ability to translate between strategic business decisions and their quantitative implication
Strong analytical, prioritization, presentation, and negotiating skills
Experience and comfort engaging directly with client stakeholders is a must
Experience weighing business goals against customer desires to create mutually beneficial features and outcomes
Usability and customer-focused design experience a plus
Passionate about building great products
The ability to translate business requirements into quantifiable analyst tasks to establish level of effort
Certification in one or more agile methodologies, as a product owner, product manager or business analyst is a plus
Experience working in a digital consulting, design or marketing agency environment is desired
Ability to work onsite 3-4 days per week (Westchester area in Los Angeles, CA)

Compensation Range: $55.00 - 65.00 per hour (40 hours per week)
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
