This is an entry level position with the opportunity and room for professional and monetary growth following our Operations Labor Model. Our 2nd shift positions offer a 10% shift differential on top of hourly base pay.\nThe hours for this shift are 3:15 PM - 11:45 PM\nMachine Operators will be responsible for the following tasks:\nAssisting on mill operation to produce products as laid out by production planning\nSupport performance of daily maintenance on machinery; report any damage or problems to the Production Supervisor/Team Lead.\nUnderstand and maintain confidentiality relating to all business activities, especially relating to manufacturing details and customer/ supplier details.\nWork safely, in accordance with Company Safety Policy.\nWears personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.
