About the Practice: Our modern, well equipped offices provide a full spectrum of comprehensive ophthalmologic care, with a strong focus on cataract surgery and advanced dry eye treatments. Our patient centered approach and commitment to cutting edge technology have earned us a loyal and growing patient base. We are in the process of building OBS Suites at both locations. Position Highlights: Full-time or part-time role Surgical focus on cataracts, including premium IOLs Clinical care in comprehensive ophthalmology and dry eye disease Access to in-office diagnostic and treatment technologies (e.g., LipiFlow, IPL, meibography; IPL; LAL, etc.) Strong support from experienced technicians and administrative staff Competitive salary, benefits, and productivity incentives Qualifications: MD with completion of an accredited ophthalmology residency or fellowship Oculoplastic or Cornea fellowship is desired Board-certified or board-eligible in ophthalmology Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in California Strong interest in cataract surgery and dry eye treatment Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Prefer 5+ years of applicable experience Why Join Us?
