Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, bilingual Roofing Superintendent / Project Manager to lead our field operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has spent real time on roofs, knows how to manage a crew and a customer, and is ready to own site assessments and project execution from start to finish — working alongside our production team to make sure every job is done right, on time, and to Roofing Angels' standard. The ideal candidate is a true roofing expert — someone who can look at a roof and know exactly what's going on — with the leadership and communication skills to run multiple job sites and represent Roofing Angels professionally with every homeowner.
