The Industrial Electrician will be responsible for various aspects of the building and wiring of Redi-Mix Plants and other similar work. The Industrial Electrician is a full-time position that requires overtime and travel through peak season, reports to the Fleet Manager, and has no supervisory responsibility.
Be prompt and timely for all assigned shifts, schedules, and projects
Be aware of and familiar with the Company Handbook and
Ensure equipment preventative maintenance is performed timely, thoroughly, and correctly at all times
Teach, coach, and work with the team in a constructive manner
Actively participate in any recommended or mandatory training
Additional duties as assigned by management, as this job description is non-exhaustive
Willingness to perform duties outside the normal scope of work (i.e. work in poor weather conditions or outside normal hours)
Knowledge to troubleshoot, repair and install various 480-volt systems used in mining equipment including control systems, starters, motors, VFDs, soft starts, etc.
Work involved with various aspects of building and wiring of Redi-Mix plants and other similar work as needed
Follow all local building codes
Plan and schedule construction timelines
Ensure all wiring is completed in a professional and thorough manner
Resource supplies in a cost-effective manner
Consent to authorization of a pre-employment work screen, Motor Vehicle Record request, and drug test
Transportation to and from work and travel to various job locations as needed
Current OSHA and MSHA certification
Understand instructions from supervisory positions, both written and verbal
Possess excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
