The Puttshack experience is really all about having funand doing something funtogether.\r\nPosition Summary:\r\nPuttshack is looking to attract a diverse team of fun hospitality associates who care deeply about creating an elevated, one-of-a-kind guest experience. The Bartender position mixes and serves alcohol and other beverages based on guest requests. The Bartender demonstrates knowledge and ability in the art of mixology - it's the combination of the \\\"show\\\" and the \\\"drink\\\" that brings guests back. The Bartender is responsible for exceeding guests' expectations by providing friendly and caring service!\r\nSchedule/Hours:\r\nOur venues are open 7 days/week, typically from 11am-1am with some variations. While we will do our best to accommodate scheduling preferences, they may not always be guaranteed, and we value flexibility. All positions within our venue are variable schedules, meaning a typical schedule may be anywhere between 15 and 30 hours on a weekly basis depending on business needs and individual availability.\r\nPosition Responsibilities May Include, But Not Limited To:\r\nBring your 'A' Game every day.\r\nGreet guests with a warm invite and sincere smile.\r\nPrepare and serve beverages according to recipes and instructions\r\nStock/restock appropriate bar areas with alcohol, glassware, ice, garnishes, and supplies.\r\nFollow all steps of service to effectively service a full bar top, cocktail station, and dining area.\r\nAnticipate guests needs and show attentiveness to ensure overall guest experience exceeds expectations\r\nUnderstand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions\r\nSafely and effectively transport food and beverage.\r\nKeep areas tidy and comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures\r\nGive direction to barbacks and be a team player\r\nSuccessfully complete alcohol awareness training\r\nFollow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Associate Handbook\r\nOther projects or duties as assigned, including but not limited to side-work, opening, and closing duties.\r\nRequired Skills and Experience:\r\nMust be 21+ years of age to apply\r\nPrior craft cocktail experience in high volume restaurant or bar\r\nStrong level of emotional intelligence and overall self-awareness.\r\nMust obtain required licenses and certifications per state and/or local requirements\r\nAbility to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment.\r\nSafely and effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements\r\nPhysical Requirements:\r\nAbility to stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all areas of the venue, which may include stairs, uneven or slick surfaces\r\nAbility to move and lift up to 10 pounds frequently, and occasionally move and lift up to 30 pounds.\r\nWe Have A Guest Service Mindset And Treat Our Associates The Same Way, Offering Our Eligible Full-Time Associates:\r\nCompetitive pay\r\nHealth/dental/vision coverage\r\n401(k) matching\r\nLife Insurance\r\nPTO\r\nAssociate discounts - FREE mini golf and 50% off meals\r\nBenefits eligibility and offerings may vary by location or position.
