We’re looking for an HR Generalist who brings energy, curiosity, and confidence. Someone who is equally comfortable analyzing HR data, facilitating a virtual onboarding event, coordinating immigration processes, and partnering with leaders across the organization.
This role isn’t about pushing paperwork.
It’s about helping build systems and experiences that allow great people to do extraordinary work.

In this position you will:
Host and facilitate virtual onboarding experiences for new hires across the company
Partner with leaders to analyze HR data and turn insights into recommendations
Work closely with immigration attorneys to support global mobility and visa processes
Help coordinate training programs, HR communications, and company initiatives
Support HR systems, reporting, and compliance processes
Engage directly with employees and managers across multiple locations
One day you might be presenting to a group of new hires.
The next you might be analyzing workforce data or coordinating with legal counsel on immigration matters.

What you’ll do
People Support & HR Operations
Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees across U.S. locations
Coordinate onboarding, employee communications, and HR documentation
Assist with performance management, compensation processes, and employee lifecycle support
Immigration & Global Mobility
Serve as the primary internal liaison for immigration matters
Partner with immigration attorneys on visa processes and documentation
Track case status and maintain compliance records
Training & Communication
Facilitate engaging virtual onboarding sessions for new hires
Support HR training programs and manager development initiatives
Help design communications that keep employees informed and connected
Data & HR Analytics
Pull and analyze HR reports to support business decision making
Identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations
Maintain HRIS data accuracy and reporting integrity
HR Programs & Initiatives
Support workers’ compensation, compliance, and regulatory processes
Assist with company events, employee programs, and cross-department initiatives

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, related field or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of core HR functions
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with data
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Experience supporting immigration processes, HR analytics, or HRIS systems is a plus.
