Desired Experience and Qualifications:Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institutionActive license in California (SLP or SLP-CFY)Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but will consider strong Clinical Fellows (CFY)Experience with PreK and elementary caseloads in a school-based setting requiredFamiliarity with teletherapy and pediatric speech-language interventions highly desirablePrior exposure to IEP development and collaboration with multidisciplinary teamsExceptional interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills Key Responsibilities:Conduct evaluations and provide therapy for students with a range of speech and language disordersDevelop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)Maintain thorough progress reports and documentation in accordance with school and state guidelinesCollaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to maximize student progressAdapt to both in-person and virtual (teletherapy) service delivery as needed This is a fantastic opportunity to hone your professional skills while making a difference in the lives of young students.
