Our goal is to provide U.S. clients with the same level of technical excellence, reliability, and customer satisfaction that has earned us a solid reputation in the Asian market.As we establish our presence in the U.S., we are looking for passionate and talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey of growth and innovation.Job SummaryWe are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support warehouse and field operations in a fast-paced industrial and construction environment. This role is responsible for coordinating material flow between warehouse and job sites, ensuring accurate inventory control, and supporting daily logistics activities for ongoing projects.This position requires hands-on involvement in warehouse and field environments, including material handling, coordination with field crews, and occasional site visits.Expected start date: June 1, 2026ResponsibilitiesCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments, deliveries, and material transfers between warehouse and job sitesSupport daily warehouse operations including receiving, staging, storage, and issuance of materialsOperate or support material handling equipment (forklift or similar) as needed (certification preferred)Drive company vehicles (e.g., van or light-duty truck) to support material delivery and pickup as neededMaintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts and stock reconciliationUpdate and maintain logistics data in ERP system to ensure accuracy of material tracking and usageCommunicate with project teams, field supervisors, and vendors to ensure timely material availabilityAssist in coordinating urgent material requests from job sites and resolve delivery or shortage issuesPrepare shipping documents, packing lists, delivery tickets, and inventory reportsEnsure compliance with safety procedures in warehouse and field environmentsSupport material planning and logistics scheduling for ongoing construction projectsProvide bilingual communication support (Mandarin / English) for warehouse and field coordinationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, construction logistics, or field coordinationExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar) strongly preferredForklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire)Valid driver's license required; experience driving vans or light-duty trucks preferredExperience working in warehouse or construction site environments strongly preferredAbility to handle physical work, including lifting materials and working in outdoor/jobsite conditionsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environmentsProficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting toolsStrong communication and coordination skills with field teams and vendorsFluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)Proactive, reliable, and able to solve on-site issues quickly
