Daily Living Skills (DLS) Provider – Evenings & Weekends Position: Daily Living Skills Provider Location: Milton, WI/ Janesville, WI/ Rock County Area (Flexible) Schedule: Evenings and/or weekends (flexible) Part-time (2–20 hours/week) Start Date: ASAP Pay: $15.00-$17.00/HR + Travel Time! About the Role Christian Servants Home Care is seekingdedicated and patient Daily Living Skills (DLS) Provider to support an individual in gaining independence and developing essential life skills. This role involves hands-on teaching, guidance, and consistent support in the home and/or community. Responsibilities Teach and support daily living skills such as: Personal hygiene Dressing and grooming Meal preparation and kitchen safety Household chores Time management and routines Money handling and budgeting Community safety and navigation Provide behavioral and emotional support as needed Encourage independence while ensuring safety Implement family-provided or agency-provided skill-building plans Document progress and communicate updates with the family or supervisor Provide transportation for community outings (if applicable) Qualifications Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (Autism, ADHD/ADD, Down syndrome, etc.) is preferred Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Reliable transportation Ability to follow structured plans and maintain consistency Must be able to pass a caregiver background check Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision Working Conditions: Work is primarily conducted in the child’s home May include community-based activities and outings How to Apply Please send your resume, availability, and references to: Tisa Engel, Manager Tisa.Engel@christianservantshomecare.com Christian Servants Home Care uses E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility.
