This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address them. The Executive Assistant acts as a gatekeeper, problem-solver, and a key point of contact, ensuring the executive's time is managed effectively and operations run smoothly.\nResponsibilities:\nCalendar Management:\nManage complex and ever-changing calendars, scheduling internal and external meetings, appointments, and travel.\nPrioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts, ensuring optimal use of the executive's time.\nCoordinate meeting logistics, including room booking, technology setup, and catering.\nCommunication & Correspondence:\nServe as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing calls, emails, and visitors.\nDraft, review, and edit professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.\nHandle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.\nAct as a liaison between the executive and functional heads, employees, and external parties.\nTravel & Expense Management:\nArrange detailed domestic and international travel itineraries (flights, hotels, ground transportation).\nPrepare and submit expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.\nManage travel logistics, including visa applications and currency exchange, as needed.\nMeeting Support:\nPrepare meeting agendas, pre-reading materials, and presentations.\nAttend meetings, take comprehensive notes, prepare and distribute meeting minutes.\nTrack action items and follow up to ensure timely completion.\nProject Management & Support:\nAssist with special projects, research, and data gathering as assigned.\nCoordinate and manage small projects independently or as part of a team.\nHelp prepare and organize materials for board meetings, investor presentations, and other critical events.\nOffice Administration:\nMaintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).\nOrder and maintain office supplies for the executive's office.\nHandle personal errands or tasks for the executive, if requested and appropriate.\nRelationship Management:\nBuild and maintain positive, trusted relationships with internal staff, clients, partners, and vendors.\nRepresent the executive and the company in a professional and positive light.\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 5+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives.\nBachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.\nAbility to speak, read, and write Mandarin Chinese is required.\nExceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nSuperior written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and punctuation.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software (e.g., Google Workspace, video conferencing platforms).\nHigh level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.\nProactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs.\nStrong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.\nProblem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.\nPreferred Qualifications and Experience:\nExperience working for multinational companies.\nFamiliarity with ERP systems or project management tools.\nEvent planning experience.\nWork Environment:\nTypically an office environment.\nMay require occasional extended hours to meet deadlines or support executive travel.\nAlpha and Omega Semiconductor, Inc is committed to diversity in our workplace.
