Salary commensurate with experience.ResponsibilitiesHandle a caseload of personal injury matters from inception to resolution.Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and assess the viability of potential claims.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, explaining their rights and options.Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation or arbitration proceedings.Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends in the personal injury field.QualificationsMD Bar License (Required), DC BarLicense (Preferred)Minimum [2 to 10] years of experience practicing personal injury law.Strong knowledge of personal injury laws, regulations, and legal procedures.Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated dedication to client advocacy and achieving positive results.
