Working closely with senior Instructors and the broader Education team, the Associate Instructor learns the tools, platforms, and product knowledge needed to contribute effectively to training delivery while building proficiency in learner engagement and curriculum support.  This role is designed to develop individuals toward the Instructor role and, longer term, into Senior Instructor positions based on capability growth and performance.\nWhat You’ll Do\nTraining Delivery Support\n\nShadow and co-teach courses with more experienced Instructors, progressively taking on greater delivery responsibility as proficiency develops.\nSupport the delivery of training to customers, partners, and employees under the guidance of Senior Instructors.\n\nLearner Engagement & Feedback\n\nAssist in assessing individual and group training needs for assigned courses.\nGather and consolidate post-session feedback to support continuous improvement of training content and delivery.\nBuild working relationships with learners and stakeholders by providing reliable, professional support.\n\nLearning & Development\n\nActively build knowledge of BeyondTrust software product lines and underlying technical concepts.\nProactively use other knowledge channels such as KB articles, Teams chats, and technical documentation.\nLearn and apply team processes, instructional tools, and delivery platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, LMS).\nSeek coaching and feedback from Senior Instructors to accelerate skill development.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\n\nBachelor's degree or international equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.\n0–2 years of professional experience, including internships, co-op placements, academic teaching roles, or applicable project experience.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort presenting or facilitating in front of groups.\nWillingness and ability to learn technical concepts and enablement tools at pace.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nComfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.\n\nNice To Have\n\nInternship, co-op, or academic experience in training, education, or instructional facilitation.\nExposure to software, SaaS, or cybersecurity environments.\nFamiliarity with IT principles, networking, or technical subject matter.\nExperience with virtual delivery tools such as Zoom, Teams, or similar platforms.\n\nBetter Together\nDiversity.
