This position is based in Washington, DC and requires on-site work five days per week, with local and occasional nationwide travel to support client events as needed.\nThe Junior Program Analyst provides programmatic, analytical, and administrative support across multiple functional areas, including stakeholder engagement, training, communications, financial analysis, portfolio management, and risk assessment. Working with the direction of the Deputy Project Lead and Senior Program Analysts, this position supports day-to-day program operations while gaining experience across a variety of program management disciplines. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced, high-intensity Federal program support environment.\nQualified candidates will be interviewed in-person at the GXM Arlington office. Selected candidates will be fingerprinted and submitted for a background check prior to onboarding.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport program management activities across multiple functional areas based on project priorities and workload.\nAssist with stakeholder outreach, communications, training, and event coordination activities.\nSupport meetings, webinars, conferences, and other stakeholder engagement events by coordinating logistics, materials, and follow-up activities.\nDevelop educational materials for internal and external stakeholders.\nConduct thorough research, collect and organize data, and assist with preparing reports, presenting findings, supporting presentations by key leaders, and developing briefing materials.\nAssist with maintaining project documentation, tracking tools, meeting minutes, and action items.\nSupport financial, portfolio, or risk management activities, as assigned by project leadership.\nMaintain organized records and documentation in accordance with Federal policies and procedures.\nCollaborate with project team members and Government stakeholders to support program objectives.\nPerform other duties as assigned in support of contract objectives.\nRequirements:\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Political Science, Education, Management, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university.\nMinimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience, or comparable education experience, supporting program management, communications, stakeholder engagement, research, event coordination, financial analysis, or administrative support.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\nAbility to take ownership over activities, make sound recommendations and follow- through based on client decisions.\nHigh proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Co-Pilot, SharePoint, and Teams.\nAbility to manage multiple assignments in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting Federal Government programs or contracts.\nExperience coordinating meetings, webinars, conferences, or training events.\nExperience preparing reports, presentations, newsletters, or other communications.\nFamiliarity with Tableau, Power BI, CRM solutions (SalesForce) or other collaboration and reporting tools.\nInterest or experience in financial analysis, portfolio management, risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, or program operations.\n$80,000 - $120,000 salary + annual bonus eligibility + medical/dental/vision/STD/LTD/Life + 401(k) + PTO\nEqual Employment Opportunity / Legal Disclaimer\nGXM Technologies LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility.
