This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced tools and technology while enjoying the satisfaction of completing impactful projects in a fast-paced, outdoor setting.\n\n*Responsibilities*\n\n* Install, terminate, and test telecommunications cables including fiber optic, Ethernet, and low voltage wiring for residential and commercial customers.\n* Set up and configure networking equipment such as Cisco routers and other telecommunication devices to ensure optimal performance.\n* Use hand tools, power tools, wire crimpers, wire strippers, ladder use, and other equipment to perform precise cable routing and installation tasks.\n* Conduct fiber splicing with specialized equipment to connect fiber optic cables accurately and efficiently.\n* Perform equipment testing using ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools to verify system integrity and troubleshoot issues on-site.\n* Install satellite dishes, telephony systems, and other customer premises equipment while providing excellent customer service throughout the process.\n* Operate company vehicles safely to reach job sites while adhering to all safety protocols for outdoor work environments.\n\n*Requirements*\n\n* Proven experience working as a telecommunications infrastructure technician or in related field service roles involving cable installation and network setup.\n* Strong knowledge of computer networking concepts including Ethernet wiring, telecommunication standards, and low voltage systems.\n* Ability to use hand tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, power tools, ladders, and electrical testing devices confidently.\n* Experience with fiber splicing, telecommunications network cable installation, and equipment testing is highly desirable.\n* Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions with outdoor work experience preferred.\n* Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles responsibly.\n* Electrical work background or familiarity with telephony systems is a plus.\n* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.\n\nJoin us in delivering reliable connectivity solutions!
