No prior haul truck experience is required — we will train the right candidate.What You’ll DoOperate an off-road haul truck to transport sand, rock, and gravel Move materials safely and efficiently to support production goals Perform daily pre-shift inspections and complete safety checklists Fuel, grease, and maintain cleanliness of assigned equipment Assist with plant cleanup and site housekeeping Support maintenance tasks and weekly plant support activities Move materials to the concrete plant as needed Follow all safety procedures and MSHA guidelines What We’re Looking ForValid North Carolina Driver’s License Ability to operate equipment safely and follow procedures Strong attention to safety and teamwork Dependable and punctual work habits Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions Mechanical awareness and willingness to assist with equipment upkeep No Prior Experience Required. Training Provided.Work Environment & Physical RequirementsThis role involves working outdoors in a quarry environment and operating heavy equipment.
