You will work both independently and with other developers to implement a range of new features, in close collaboration with our Product team.\r\nYour every day work routine\r\nWork both individually and in collaboration with other engineers on our Ruby on Rails projects, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and effective project management\r\nDevelop our customer-facing application, as well as internal management tools, with a clear focus on customer orientation and holistic thinking\r\nDevelop, test and deploy your code, with the support of your Team Lead, and in close collaboration with our Product, applying strong problem-solving ability and clear communication skills\r\nWe work iteratively and deploy often\r\nYour Profile\r\nYou have several years of professional experience working in Ruby on Rails in backend or full-stack roles, and have already gained varied project experience, ideally with structured project ownership\r\nYou worked at least for 4 years at a senior level, and have an expert-level knowledge of the entire Rails ecosystem, paired with a solution-oriented mindset\r\nYou ideally have experience working in a start-up/scale-up, on a customer-facing application, and bring a pronounced user-centric approach\r\nYou are known for your clear and effective communication style, take ownership of your work, and are able to understand complex systems through end-to-end thinking\r\nYou live in Germany and work as a permanent employee fully remote or want to move here\r\nWhat You Can Expect\r\nYou will be equipped with the latest MacBook of your liking\r\nWe respect your time and keep our meetings to a minimum, preferring async communication where possible\r\nYou work with an international team, with whom you can regularly exchange ideas in our Munich office or remote\r\nFlat hierarchies and quick decisions\r\nCreative freedom and active participation in building our company\r\nExciting team events\r\nPermanent employment with fixed salary\r\nFlexible working hours\r\n28-30 days holiday per year\r\nAbout Us\r\nAre you looking for an exciting new challenge?
