Job Overview Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Location: Broward County, FL / Houston, TX We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join a fast-growing global IT organization supporting multi-state operations and ongoing business transformation. This role will partner closely with leadership teams to drive strategic HR initiatives while also supporting day-to-day HR operations across employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. We are looking for someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goalsSupport workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent strategyManage employee relations matters, investigations, performance management, and policy guidanceEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsCollaborate with recruiting and operations teams to support hiring strategies and retention initiativesAnalyze workforce trends, turnover, and HR metrics to improve business outcomesSupport HR process improvements, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with Payroll, Finance, and OperationsCoach managers on leadership effectiveness, employee development, and team performanceHelp drive organizational growth, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications: 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with strong HRBP exposureExperience supporting multi-site and/or multi-state operationsStrong background in employee relations, compliance, and employment lawExperience partnering directly with senior leadership and operational stakeholdersStrong business acumen and ability to connect HR strategy with business outcomesExperience in fast-paced, high-growth, or transformation-driven environmentsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsBilingual is a strong plus What We Offer: Competitive compensation packageMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceRetirement/Pension OptionsHybrid work flexibilityGrowth-oriented and collaborative environmentStrong leadership support and onboarding structure If you have strong HRBP experience and are looking for your next opportunity within a global organization, we would love to connect.
