The ideal candidate will be confident, friendly, and team-oriented, ready to perform a variety of responsibilities and duties to support and enhance the HR team while promoting results with employee-related functions:\n\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nSupports HR Manager with coordinating orientation/onboarding for new hires & VIP separations.\nAssists HR Manager with successfully organizing open enrollment.\nAnticipates updates and steadily maintains the Learn 24 system.\nAdministers paper payroll checks; collects, secures and distributes to employees.\nSupports in securing and organizing new hire paperwork to expedite the hiring process.\nAssists HR Manager with retaining and maintaining department records and reports (current and historical) by collaborating on the design and implementation of a comprehensive filing and retrieval system.
