Our work helps the US Government secure our nation, support the efforts of our military and intelligence communities, and provide lifesaving medical services to our soldiers, vets, and their families.\nJob Title: Program Manager\nJob Description: Sanford Federal is seeking qualified candidates for the position of a Program Manager to:\nOversee all Contract Program Management Activities.\nManage personnel, finances, operations, facilities, resources, risk, quality control, and contract management reporting.\nSupervise Task Order Leads and ensure proper assignment of work.\nHandle proposal negotiations with the CO/COTR and ensure responsiveness.\nMaintain control over projects, set objectives, assign responsibilities, and document outcomes.\nPossess a comprehensive understanding of technical and management aspects of the contract.\nInterface with Government management, contractor managers, and customer agency representatives.\nEstablish and enforce work standards, schedule work, and review performance.\nCommunicate organizational policies, purposes, and goals to subordinates.\nProvide support to the Director, Leadership team, or Management team as necessary.\nJob Requirements:\nMaster’s Degree specializing in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or Information Technology (IT) from a college or university accredited by a body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education is mandatory.\nPossession of PMP Certification or a minimum of 2 years managing large Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) projects (with 300+ Full-Time Equivalents) in place of PMP Certification is required.\nFamiliarity with FAA AMS is a prerequisite.\nMinimum of 20 years of relevant experience in Program Management\nJoin our dynamic team at Sanford Federal Inc., where your contributions as a Program Manager will be valued, and your skills will help us achieve excellence in our projects and operations.
