At E2, we value safety, innovation and collaboration, and we are dedicated to excellence.\nOverview:\nThe Jr. Document Control Assistant will support one of the largest electric utility clients and will be responsible for drawing/document management and provide support to engineers, designers and project managers. The position will work under the direction of a Supervisor and will report directly to the Engineering Manager or Supervisor.\nResponsibilities:\nReceives, stores, tracks, and routes incoming project documents to ensure they are processed in a timely manner.\nPerforms required document management functions including tracking, receiving, storing, retrieving, copying/scanning of project documents.\nPerforms administrative review of deliverables to ensure non-technical information is accurate and consistent with other project documents.\nCreate new project folders and submit project documents to clients.\nRequest drawings numbers and Bill of Material numbers for new projects.\nEffectively and accurately communicate relative project information to project design team.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nRequired\n0 to 5+ years of experience working in consulting engineering firm or equivalent experience in similar role.\nProficient using Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, Word, and Outlook).\nStrong understanding of timekeeping and working in team environment.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.\nUnderstands project workflows.\nBasic written and verbal communication skills.\nPreferred\nAssociate degree or higher preferred but not required.\nExperience working in a consulting engineering firm environment.\nExperience with AutoCAD, PDF and/or other similar software.\nBenefits:\nE2 Consulting Engineers, Inc. offers an excellent benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off.\nWage Data Per State Requirements:\nPay range for this position is $21.64/hr - $26.45/hr.
