The PM drives operational improvements, capacity planning, and process standardization across industrial grocery support locations.\n\nKey job responsibilities\nStrategic Program Leadership:\n\nOwn end-to-end program strategy for 5-10 concurrent initiatives impacting multiple facilities.\nDefine program objectives, success metrics, and resource allocation across business units.\nMake trade-off decisions between competing priorities with limited executive guidance.\nDevelop multi-year roadmaps for operational capability development.\nManage program budgets ranging from $1M-$10M annually.\n\nOperations and Process Management:\n\nDesign and implement standard operating procedures across 15+ industrial facilities.\nLead capacity planning initiatives for warehouse expansion, equipment procurement, or process changes.\nAnalyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.\nParticipate in facility launches, retrofits, or decommissioning projects.\nEstablish performance benchmarks and track operational KPIs across facility network.\n\nCross-Functional Leadership:\n\nLead working groups with 15-25 stakeholders from operations, supply chain, engineering, and finance.\nInfluence VP-level decision-making through data-driven recommendations.\nNegotiate resource allocation and prioritization with peer program managers.\nResolve conflicts between competing organizational objectives.\nPartner with legal, safety, and compliance teams on regulatory requirements.\n\nAbout the team\nThe Facilities Operations Team works to balance two priorities. First, we provide team members and customers with best-in-class support, maximizing equipment uptime, ensuring facilities are safe and clean, and maintaining consistently high customer experience across all locations as it relates to day-to-day repair & maintenance work order activity. We coordinate 24/7 emergency response. We also ensure our facilities maintain regulatory compliance related to our building systems, hazardous materials, energy usage, permits and permits/licensing related to these systems. Second, we need to deliver this level of service while minimizing cost and maintaining compliance.
