The role nobody notices when it's working — and everybody notices when it isn't. Where the Director sets standards and the MarTech & Workflow Manager design the systems, the coordinator runs the day-to-day operational discipline that makes those systems trustworthy .\r\nWhat are we looking for?\r\nBachelor or Associate degree required\r\n2+ years in creative operations, digital asset management, marketing operations, or content systems administration; brand-side or agency-side experience valuable\r\nHands-on experience with Salsify or a comparable Product Information Management (PIM) platform is preferred. Experience in digital merchandising or managing product content, taxonomy, and syndication within an eCommerce environment is also highly valued.\r\nCPG experience valuable — multi-brand portfolio environments build the discipline this role requires\r\nHands-on experience administering a DAM (Aprimo, Frontify, Adobe AEM, or comparable)\r\nDemonstrated experience maintaining taxonomy, metadata, and rights management at scale\r\nExperience supporting users across creative, brand, and agency teams\r\nWorking knowledge of work management and creative review platform\r\nWhat would be your key responsibilities?\r\nDAM Administration & Metadata Discipline\r\nOwns day-to-day operation of the Digital Asset Management system: user access, taxonomy governance, metadata standards, folder structures, rights and usage fields\r\nEnforces consistent tagging, naming conventions, and structured metadata so assets are findable, reusable, and reportable\r\nProduct Data & PIM Management\r\nManage and maintain product data within the Product Information Management (PIM) system, ensuring it serves as the source of truth for active products and in-market assortment. Create, update, and optimize product attributes and metadata to ensure accurate, complete, and consistent product information.\r\nOwn the ongoing administration of the PIM, including creating new fields, managing product attributes, and maintaining data governance standards to support evolving business needs.\r\nPartner with Brand.com and Retail digital merchandising teams to ensure product content is accurately maintained in the PIM and effectively delivered to product detail pages (PDPs) across digital channels.\r\nData Hygiene & System Integrity\r\nRuns ongoing cleanup of duplicate assets, broken links, expired rights, and stale records; maintains the integrity that analytics, reporting, and reuse all depend on\r\nRights & Usage Tracking\r\nOwns the operational layer of talent, music, image, and footage rights: expiration dates, usage limits, renewal flags\r\nPartners with legal and Content Operations Managers when rights questions need escalation\r\nSystem Integrations\r\nCoordinates the data flow between DAM,PIM,work management tools, brand portals, and downstream channel systems; flags breaks and partners with the MarTech & Workflow Manager and IT on fixes\r\nUser Support & Enablement\r\nServes as the first line of support for Managers, brand teams, and agency partners using content systems; trains new users and maintains documentation\r\nReporting Support\r\nPulls standardized reports from content systems; partners with the Analyst on data extracts and source validation\r\nCross-Functional Partnership\r\nDay-to-day systems partner to Content Operations Managers, Digital Content Specialists, the Analyst, and the Product Owner; protects the standards the function depends on\r\nWhat can you expect from Mars?\r\nOpportunity to bring your pet to work.\r\nCommitment to create a safe, healthy, and sustainable world for our partners and the communities in which we operate.\r\nCommitment to make A Better World For Pets™ a world where they're healthy, happy and welcome\r\nCommitment to our consumers and focus on positively impacting the planet and the population.\r\nThis role is based in Franklin, TN with regular in-office collaboration expected.
