TheraEX Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN PreOp / PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in College Station, Texas.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: PreOp / PACU - Post Anesthesia CareDiscipline: RNStart Date: 06/01/2026Duration: 12 weeks40 hours per weekShift: 8 hours, daysEmployment Type: TravelMinimum 2 years PreOp/PACU RN experience required / CERTIFICATIONS – Active RN License required, ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), PALS (AHA) required / Schedule: Days, Monday–Friday (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM), 40 hrs/week, 12 weeks, first to float / Start Date: 06/01/2026 / Unit: Pre-Op / Skills Required: Acute PreOp experience, IV starts, Phase 2 recovery coverage, EKGs, nerve block assistance, pre/post surgical patient care / Patient Population: General surgery, Endo, GYN, ENT, podiatry, occasional ortho and C-sections / Ratios: 1:3 / EMR: SIS & Meditech / Floating: PreOp, Phase 2, PACU, and Bryan campus as needed / Scrubs: Navy Blue / Additional: 10-room PreOp unit, working charge nurse, first-time travelers accepted, 1 weekend call per month with 24-hour call shift, 30-minute response time, candidates cannot have worked directly for CommonSpirit/CHI/Dignity within the past year, small department with PACU coverage as needed / PAY NEGOTIABLETheraEX Staffing Services Job ID #1099751.
