Hiring For Catheter Assemblers In The Fridley Area!The Level 3 Catheter Builder is responsible for building complex catheter assemblies from start to finish in a cleanroom environment. This role requires advanced catheter?building expertise, including direct imaging catheter assembly, electromechanical components, and wire?to?wire soldering. The position involves detailed work under microscopes, precision measurements, thorough documentation, and strict adherence to quality and contamination?control standards.This posting supports Level 3 and Level 4 opportunities, offering long?term growth within a rapidly expanding medical device organization.Key ResponsibilitiesRead and follow detailed work instructions, production drawings, and work ordersPerform full catheter builds from start to finish, including:Liner stretchingBondingAnnealingBraidingReflowStringingBuild catheter assemblies for direct imaging applications, including electromechanical assembly tasksPerform wire?to?wire soldering on catheter assemblies and sub?assembliesWork consistently in a cleanroom environment, following all gowning and contamination?control proceduresUse microscopes for assembly and inspection of very small, intricate componentsOperate small hand tools and precision measuring devices, including micrometersPerform detailed visual inspections to ensure conformance to specificationsDocument work accurately in travelers, QMS systems, and/or ERP systemsComplete final packaging of catheter products according to established proceduresCommunicate clearly with teammates and leads to resolve questions and report issuesMaintain patience, focus, and attention to detail while performing precision workRequired Skills & Qualifications34 years of catheter assembly experience, including full catheter builds from start to finishProven experience performing catheter assembly in a cleanroom environmentDemonstrated expertise with processes such as liner stretching, bonding, annealing, braiding, reflow, and stringingExperience working with direct imaging catheters and electromechanical assembliesAbility to perform wire?to?wire soldering for medical device applicationsSkilled at working under microscopes with excellent fine motor dexterityExperience using micrometers and other precision measurement toolsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAccurate documentation experience within travelers, QMS, or ERP systemsExceptional attention to detail, patience, and consistencyHigh school diploma or GEDWork EnvironmentClean, modern, state?of?the?art medical device manufacturing facilityPrimary work performed in a cleanroom with required gowning and protocolsUse of microscopes, fine hand tools, and precision measurement equipmentWell?equipped production areas designed for high?quality, repeatable buildsModern break room and employee amenitiesCollaborative, team?oriented culture with frequent employee eventsWhy Join This Team?Rapidly growing organization that has more than doubled in size in recent yearsStrong long?term stability and internal career growth (Level 3 ?
