You will assist in loading and unloading materials into the furnaces while strictly adhering to safety protocols. Additionally, you will perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functionality.\r\nHow You Will HelpSet up and operate annealing furnaces, ensuring adherence to specifications and safety protocols.\r\nMonitor furnace operations, check interior oven conditions, oven temperatures, and pressure readings on hourly schedules\r\nProduct Hardness Testing\r\nPrint In-Process Tags\r\nInspect Annealing Pots and Trays\r\nReporting production pre and post shift to management\r\nComplete Oven Pushes\r\nMaintain Furnace Equipment\r\nQuarantine any off-analysis material\r\nBlow out air burner tubes\r\nMaintain Fire Extinguishers\r\nAdditional responsibilities and duties may be assigned.
