This role strengthens company-wide safety culture, enhances customer and project management confidence, and ensures highly reliable project outcomes through expert planning, problem-solving, and leadership. Serving as a technical authority and leadership resource, the Senior Project Superintendent reinforces company standards while developing future field leaders across the organization.Job ResponsibilitiesLead and model advanced safety leadership, reinforcing a strong company-wide safety culture across all projectsProactively identify systemic safety risks and coach superintendents and crews to exceed compliance standardsDrive successful execution of large-scale and fast-track projects through expert planning, sequencing, and coordinationApply deep technical expertise across concrete, steel, framing, finishes, MEP, and site utilities to resolve complex field challengesDirect advanced trade sequencing, logistics, and coordination to support aggressive schedules and workflow continuityServe as a trusted senior-level field representative for customers, designers, inspectors, and project management teamsMaintain high standards of quality, craftsmanship, and job site professionalism across complex project environmentsReduce rework and accelerate project closeout through advanced quality planning and continuous improvementMentor and develop superintendents, foremen, and emerging field leaders across multiple projectsProvide leadership oversight to multiple superintendents, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, schedule, and customer expectationsSkillsExpert-level field leadership with the ability to independently lead large, complex construction projectsAdvanced situational awareness and risk management capability across multi-trade and fast-track environmentsExceptional communication and active listening skills with internal and external stakeholdersHigh-level analytical problem-solving skills applied to complex technical and sequencing challengesStrong ability to mentor, coach, and develop superintendent-level field leadersProven relationship-building skills that strengthen customer trust and long-term partnershipsDemonstrated integrity, professionalism, and respect in all leadership interactionsStrong business acumen with enterprise-level understanding of cost, schedule, quality, and risk impactsEducation/Experience20+ years of field leadership experience as a Project SuperintendentDemonstrated success leading large-scale, complex, and multi-phased construction projectsOSHA 30-hour certification requiredSuperintendent Safety Specialist Certified (STSC) requiredHiring ManagerRudolph Libbe Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.Interested candidates should apply online at www.rlgbuilds.com/careers.
