This is a designated Key Personnel position under RFQ FA800326Q0009. The role combines system administration, WRM data management, end-user Help Desk support, and training delivery for assigned sites.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nPerform daily system administration of DMLSS (legacy) and LogiCole IAW governing AF Technical Orders/User Guides (e.g., DAFI 41-230, TO 13C7-34-2-1-WA) and DHA IT PMO guidance, including server/process monitoring and end-of-day/month/fiscal-year processing.\nManage and troubleshoot the DMLSS Communication Manager (DCM) and coordinate with local AF support staff on data-flow issues between DMLSS, LogiCole, and external systems.\nProvide technical assistance and oversight to DMLSS/LogiCole Site Administrators at assigned Host sites and CSDCs, including software-upgrade support and vendor product/pricing data changes.\nIdentify, assess, and formally report system deficiencies to the DHA Global Service Center (DHAGSC).\nProvide comprehensive WRM Assemblage Management support, including assemblage creation/deletion, allowance standard updates, prime/substitute maintenance, physical inventories, gains/losses, in/out-shipments, sales, UIC updates, and fund target association.\nManage AM replenishment and sourcing using the Strategic Sourcing module, Prime Vendor MOF/ROF supplies, and status edit report updates; maintain catalog records via ASMS on the AFMEDCOM MEDLOG website.\nConduct ongoing data-integrity reviews against established DMLSS/LogiCole standards.\nServe as first-level Help Desk for assigned-region users; log, track, and resolve trouble calls and inquiries, and document metrics for the MSR.\nTroubleshoot and resolve DMLSS/LogiCole problems, implement workarounds, submit System Change Requests through AFMEDCOM to the DHA DMLSS IT PMO, and process data patch/incident reports via the MEDLOG website.\nAnalyze trouble-call trends and recommend training or process improvements to the COR; assist users with BCS and Report & Analytics (R&A) applications.\nDevelop, manage, and deliver virtual training (MS Teams) for Host, Client, and CSDC users, including hands-on sessions, train-the-trainer delivery, and updated training materials; document outcomes in the MSR.\nAnalyze site utilization data to identify recurring deficiencies and incorporate findings into refresher training; survey users on training effectiveness.\nSupport AFMEDCOM Installation Teams with hands-on installation, configuration, and initial training during new deployments.\nMinimum Qualifications\nMinimum of 4 years of experience in Air Force medical logistics, all of which must include use of the DMLSS AIS.\nKnowledgeable in computer systems, system administration, and DMLSS/LogiCole functionality and management.\nWorking knowledge of Air Force DMLSS financial interfaces.\nDemonstrated experience developing BCS reports.\nProficiency with electronic catalogs and DMLSS strategic sourcing functionality to identify alternative supply sources and cost savings.\nWorking knowledge of DLA-TS Prime Vendor programs and payment systems.\nCore knowledge of Assemblage Management functionality.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills with both senior managers and end-users.\nKnowledgeable and experienced in providing end-user support and training.\nAbility to obtain and maintain a favorable Tier 1/NACI investigation, suitability determination, and CAC.\nPreferred Qualifications\nDirect experience supporting the specific Host, Client, or CSDC locations aligned to this hub (see Attachment A).\nExperience with Assemblage Management for War Reserve Materiel sustainment in a comparable hub environment.\nU.S. Air Force service preferred;
