Front Desk / Patient Service Representative (Evenings)

This part-time evening position is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people and creating a welcoming environment for patients and staff alike. Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM What You’ll Do: Greet patients warmly and make them feel at ease when they arrive Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and verify insurance benefits Assist with patient paperwork and collect payments as needed Support therapists with day-to-day administrative tasks Keep the front desk and waiting area organized and inviting Deliver excellent customer service to patients and team members What You’ll Bring: A cheerful, professional demeanor and strong communication skills Reliable, punctual, and ready to help where needed Comfort using computers and scheduling systems Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure A genuine desire to make each patient’s experience positive Join a supportive, close-knit team that values compassion, teamwork, and high-quality patient care.
