We put you first:Salary for Maintenance Manager starting from $98K + yearly depending on experience Profit sharing and retirement plan with company matchComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverageTelemedicine and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Boot/tool allowanceCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesA collaborative and safety-focused work environmentDevelop your talentsBy applying for your expertise within our facility in Birmingham, AL , as a Maintenance Manager :Lead and develop maintenance employees and contractors while promoting a strong culture of safety, accountability, and teamworkManage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and plant up timeDrive operational excellence through root cause analysis, continuous improvement initiatives, and reliability-focused strategiesOversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution of work ordersManage maintenance budgets, labor, and parts spendingLead CAPEX projects from planning through execution, including developing project proposals and justificationsCoordinate OEM vendors, contractors, and outage activitiesSupport and improve reliability systems, PM effectiveness, and asset criticality programs.Ability to train and support teams in electrical troubleshooting skills and problem-solving techniques.Partner with production and leadership teams to identify and resolve operational issuesEnsure compliance with all occupational health, safety, and environmental requirementsUtilize SAP or similar ERP/CMMS systems to support maintenance operations and reportingThere's nobody quite like you!Respect Your True Nature By Putting Forward Your Strengths5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience leading maintenance teams and contractorsStrong knowledge of preventive maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement practicesProven leadership and team development skillsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience managing budgets, projects, and maintenance prioritiesExperience in SAP/ERP Systems and Microsoft OfficeProficient with PLCs, motor drives, pneumatics, and electrical troubleshooting.Excellent communication and collaboration skillsPreferredEngineering degree or technical degreeExperience in paper, packaging, converting, or industrial manufacturingProject management experienceReliability certifications such as CMRP, CRL, MLT, MLA, or IR/UT certificationsExperience with AutoCADWe look forward to meeting you!About CascadesCascades believes in the success of an inclusive organization that values diversity within its team.
