Maintenance Handyman Job description Runix Home Services LLC, is seeking a responsible and experienced maintenance handyman to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks at our customer's properties. This role requires the ability to work independently and directly interact with customers. Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance tasks in a variety of home settings Perform household repairs such as - Snake clogged drains, - Flush water heaters, - Clean dryer vents, - Clean AC units and furnaces, - Clean Chimneys - Hang blinds, - Replace light fixtures, - Repair holes in drywall, - Install appliances - Install flooring and baseboard - Install windows and doors - Set toilets - Painting (very small jobs) - Install electrical fixtures like fans, lights and outlets Manage Jobs from start to finish including performing maintenance, completing checklists, documenting maintenance done and addressing & quoting extra repairs. Purchase materials necessary to perform jobs Qualifications: 2+ Years working in a construction/maintenance related field Must speak fluent english Must own your own standard set of tools (specialty tools with be provided) Strong customer service skills Ability to work independently and responsibly Proficient in using mobile apps Additional Skills/Experience (Bonus): Licensed HVAC Tech, Electrician, or Plumber Ability to easily use an iPhone or android app Bilingual (English and Spanish) Work Schedule and Compensation: Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pay: Pay: 50,000-60,000 per year (depending on experience and schedule flexibility) Expected workload: 40-50 hours per week Join our growing company and become part of a dynamic team focused on providing top-notch property maintenance services to homeowners, businesses, and landlords.
